È insegnante e consulente di management. Ha lavorato per McKinsey e ha fatto la start-up Guidazzurra alla Amministrazione Pubblica Italiana. Ha scritto Unknown Values and Stakeholders: The Pro-Business Outcome and the Role of Competition per Palgrave Macmillan (2011 e 2017). Ha curato SMEs as the Unknown Stakeholder per Palgrave (2013) e per Springer Public Management as Corporate Social Responsibility (2015).
