The Apulian cultural festival celebrates a historic milestone with an international opening: from 10 to 12 March 2026, London will host the Opening Stage of the 25th anniversary, in partnership with the Italian Cultural Institute.
Twin venues in the British capital – the London Book Fair and the Italian Cultural Institute – will feature three days of encounters with international authors (Geoff Dyer, Ali Smith, Burhan Sönmez) and Italian bestselling writers (Daria Bignardi, Elsa Fornero, Paolo Taticchi, Mario Tozzi). Football legend Gianfranco Zola and former sporting director Giorgio Perinetti will also take part in a conversation addressing eating disorders.
"Celebrating 25 years of history confirms that Il Libro Possibile is a cultural project capable of evolving over time without losing its identity," explains Rosella Santoro, the festival's artistic director.
The programme will continue in July 2026 in the festival's historic homes of Polignano a Mare and Vieste, where it was founded by the Associazione Culturale Artes, chaired by Gianluca Loliva.
